    To increase the speed of processing your future spare parts requests, we can now be contacted 24 hours a day on 7 days a week via telephone, e-mail or fax - fast, comfortable and independent from standard office hours. Please note that requests by phone can only be processed extensively in English or German language.

    Please keep ready the following information:

    • Detailed description of the problem
    • Serial number of the part
    • Warranty request or not


    The following prices apply outside warranty:

    • The first 5 minutes of each call during normal business hours** are free of charge
    • Every 30 min interval, or part therof, will incur a service charge of 50,00 €
    • Outside normal business hours** every 30 min interval, or part thereof, will incur a charge of 150,00 €
    • If you have booked a service package, calls are charged on the terms of agreement  




    For overnight or weekend delivery service we need to charge an extra service fee of 150€ (in addition to handling, package and cargo fees).



    *   (0,14 €/minute from German fixed-line telephone network and 0,42 €/minute from German mobile network lines. Costs may vary when calling from other telephone networks.
    ** Normal business hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00 am - 5.00 pm (CET)
