    Düsseldorf, Germany — November 2018

Impresia Iberica, the Spanish subsidiary of Circle Media Group, has successfully installed a V7 rotogravure folder in Altair to increase the flexibility and productivity of its 96p press.

With this investment it is the first printer in Spain with a 96p press that can make use of classical long grain as well as short grain productions. To cope with the new increased output Altair invested in a robot palletizing system RS 400 from RIMA-SYSTEM. The robot receives stacks from the lift stacker behind the existing folder as well as from the lift stacker behind the new folder. This gives Altair now a maximum of flexibility and helps to reduce labour costs significantly The start-up was quick and smooth and the customer was highly satisfied with his decision. We look forward to a successful partnership.
