PNB Print and Mukusala in Latvia have recently both invested in new post press systems from RIMA-SYSTEM.
PNB Print with a 30 years history and Mukusala with a 20 years history are successfully selling their products in Russia and Europe. To handle efficiently their increasing workload of high quality magazine production they have decided for Komori S38 presses.

RIMA-SYSTEM is proud to be the partner of choice in the Post Press area.  At PNB Print a new movable RS 830 all-in-one trimming line was combined with an existing RIMA-SYSTEM stacker and conveying to create a flexible solution for trimmed and untrimmed productions. The RS 830 is the ideal machine for all papers and sizes from A5-A3 and from 2-128 pages! The choice of different knives with very long lifetime offers the perfect combination of quality and cost effectiveness.

Mukusala will equip their new Komori with a conveying system for A3- and A4-deliveries and a modern RS 34S lift stacker. The RS 34S guarantees a great stack quality at high speeds thanks to its indexing fork system. The drop of products is reduced to a minimum which is especially helpful when running small formats or low paginations.  The high reliability and the easy operation are praised by operators all over the world.

PNB and Mukusala are in good company of many other Komori users that have RIMA-SYSTEM Post Press installed: Rotimpres (Spain), V-Tab (Sweden), Freeport Press (USA) and Roto 3 (Italy) are just a few to name.
