31.05.2010 - IPEX 2010: Stability, Reliability and Trust!

Not only in the challenging year 2009 RIMA-SYSTEM offered his customers a mix of stability, dedicated planning, well developed machines and a reliable after-sales service - all requirements for a successful Post Press installation.

On IPEX 2010 this tradition continued with the development of new machines and software solutions. RIMA-SYSTEM is sending its gratitude to all customers made this show a big succes with their visits on our booth!

In addition to the compensating stacker RS 34, which is the only machine in its price category to offer indexing technology, the new ST 2000 vertical log stacker was acclaimed as one of the Post Press highlights at the show. Designed as an "all-in-one"-machine, the semi-automatic log stacker is based on the high-end model ST 8000. Thanks to the integrated crane, a compact size and a fantastic price-performance ratio, it is perfectly suited for the use behind small and medium sized presses where the budget usually doesn't allow for the use of a log stacker. The possibility to build logs as short as 400-800mm makes the ST 2000 the ideal machine for all bookindery application with manual log handling. Like the other CIVIEMME-SYSTEM machines the ST 2000 is profiting from the wordwide service& support network of the RIMA-SYSTEM group.

Already proven in many installations the PPMS-software has been expanded with many more helpful options and offers in the version 2010 an immense range of functions: motorized pre-settings of all integrated machines, data exchange with the production planning, real-time monitoring of the Post Press processing, overview of all relevant production parameters like e.g. waste copy count, up- and down-time, changeover and production speeds. Especially modern, complex Post Press system benefit enormously from reduced start-up and down-times as well as the possibility to pinpoint exactly areas for optimization.
