2010
The ST 2000 is developed and presented at IPEX 2010. Based on the design of the High-End Vertical Log Stacker ST 8000 it enables small printers the investment in log stacking technology thanks to its unbeatable price-performance ratio. The spectacular "all-in-one" concept allows the movable machine to be used behind different presses - the crane is integrated in the machine!
2009
RIMA-SYSTEM installs the first Post Press system behind a 96p press consisting of rotary trimmers, compensating stackers, log stackers and palletizing robots. Shortly after start-up of the system production speed reaches 70.000 48p-copies on one line!
2008
Two months before drupa 2008 RIMA-SYSTEM invites dealers and OEM partners to an Open House to present the newest products for the exhibition and to discuss current and future trends of post press. During two days, print plants are visited, products are shown in the manufacturing in Moenchengladbach and experiences are exchanged.
2006
RIMA-SYSTEM celebrates two anniversaries at once. What started 30 years ago with RIMA Enterprises Inc. and SYSTEM GmbH as two separate enterprises has grown into one of the leading suppliers of complete Post Press systems. Under the new brand "RIMA-SYSTEM" the two companies merged 15 years ago and started to grow continuously.
As a result RIMA-SYSTEM reported in the IPEX year even several records: 8500 installations worldwide, the sale of the 4500th Bindery Stacker and 130th Palletizing Robot for the printing industry.
2005
The new RS 36 Compensating Stacker with Indexing Technology, presented at DRUPA 2004, is successfully integrated in many projects in newspaper, rotogravure and commercial printing.
Since setup of the new RIMA-SYSTEM assembly in Germany, the production volume and number of personnel has been more than doubled.
2004
The fastest palletizing robot with gripper technology and speeds up to 1,000 stacks/h is installed in Germany.
Establishment of the Italian branch office.
2003
Installation of the third generation RS 600 log stacker in Germany, Italy, Poland and Singapore in April/May.
2002
Establishment of Project Center RIMA-SYSTEM Atlanta to better serve and support the American market activities.
2001
Establishment of the new development and assembly center in Moenchengladbach, near Duesseldorf. Foundation of the Austrian branch office responsible for activities in Austria and Southeast Europe.
