Conveying
Sometimes press delivery; product orientation, space availability and flexible post press configuration appear to be simply incompatible. However, the Rima floor and overhead conveyor systems - vertical - spiral - and "S" conveyors will ensure that your products always move the "correct route".
With three different lines - unique high-speed conveyors, spirals and 180° conveyors and deviation systems, RIMA-SYSTEM offers the greatest flexibility for the configuration of conveying systems. Depending on project specifications, customer requirements and individual preferences the customer can choose from three different lines:
Standard-Line- Floor & Overhead (RS 28 Product Line)
The standard line conveyors are specially built for the cost effective transport of light shingled streams (low paginations, light paper) typical for PFF deliveries.
Heavy Duty-Line - Floor & Overhead Conveyors (RS 251 Product Line)
The HD floor & overhead conveyors are based on modular design consisting of rolled aluminium providing safe transport for shingled streams (all paper weights and sizes) and other package options. The floor conveyors, equipped with horizontal steel plates, optimally support the conveyor belts and increase overall stability.
Premium-Line - Floor Conveyors (RS 252 Product Line)
The premium line conveyors are ultra stable floor conveyors. They consist of sheet metal frame, customized systems. The frames are available in various colour choices.
As single units or in combination these components provide secure and precise product transportation:
- Stream aligners - for precise alignment of shingled streams
- Divert gates - for secure waste copy ejection
- Squeeze rollers - for higher product quality
Options - These components complement the conveying configurations:
- Pivot conveyor - for through-pass or deviation
- Mobile conveyor - for increased flexibility
- Tow chains - for safe transport even at inclines
