Blocking
The stacks need to be transported securely from the stacker to the pallet with minimum manual labor. The blocking unit replaces manual stack aligning and stabilizes the stacks for further transport. Connected directly to the turntable, the blocking unit takes the stacks, compresses them and gives them an electrostatic charge to create perfect and stable stacks.
